General Council

THE GENERAL COUNCIL

The General Council (GC) is the policy-making body of JEABCOT, charged with developing major policies and initiatives, revising existing policies, and making recommendations to the Convention for approval. It is comprised of the Senior Pastors, Executive Officers, and 3 representatives of each member-church. It meets twice a year, in January and July.

Executive Council

THE EXECUTIVE COUNCIL

The Executive Council (EC) is the body responsible for executing the policies, programs, and budget of the association, as approved and delegated by the General Council and Convention. It is comprised of the following officers:

  • Rev. George Effiom, President

  • Rev. Paul Amosun, Vice President

  • Rev. Yinka Adeyemo, Mission Coordinator

  • Rev. Ezekiel Ogunniran, Chairman, Pastors Fellowship

  • Dcn. Michael Fadeyi, Chairman, Convention

  • Bro. Adeleke Oyelade, Financial Secretary

  • Sis. Adunni Yakubu, Treasurer

  • Dcn. Kola Adeyeye, Auditor

  • Dcns. Beatrice Feyisetan, Public Relations Officer

The Executive Council meets every other month.

Board of Trustees

THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES

The Board of Trustees (BOT) is primarily responsible for overseeing the acquisition, use and disposition of the association’s physical and financial assets in accordance with best practices for churches and state law. It is made up of ---- members, and  meets --- times a year.
